Most early talent platforms optimise for one thing. An ATS manages applications. A work experience platform builds awareness. An assessment tool shortlists candidates. Each does its job.

The problem is the joins. A candidate who completed your work experience programme should not arrive at your ATS as a stranger. An assessment process that cannot see motivation evidenced over months of engagement is starting from scratch. Data that exists in one product and is invisible to the next is not data. It is noise.
